Yoga therapy is offered in private sessions tailored to support a personal journey.
Each session is adapted to the participants’ needs and structured according to their physical or mental constraints.

 

The process of cognitive and somatic reconditioning is implemented during and in between sessions enabling the person to integrate the changes into their life.

 

A typical session includes explanations of how the body works, a health assessment, and how yoga can bring it back towards balance.
Specific issues can be addressed in order to develop a home yoga practice.

 

Yoga therapy is open to all levels of practice & actually does not require any yoga experience.
