Reflections – Scott Fitzgerald

Reflections – Scott Fitzgerald

On this autumn equinox, day and night are of equal length. This signals the need to balance light and darkness within us. Far too often, we fear the dark and adore only the light.

This last season (or year) was a transitional chapter of my life. Lots of challenges. Lots of change. Lots of deceptions. Lots to be hopeful.  Lots of darkness. Lots of light.

Fall is a time for letting go and releasing things that have been a burden. It is time to practice getting out of the way and letting the Universe take charge of our lives.

As I watch leaves turning colours to soon flutter to the ground, I am reminded that nature’s cycles mirrors our lives. I am letting go with courage so the light can get in. I am learning to love the darkness because it enhances the light.

I welcome the new space created in my life & want to express the immense gratitude for the continuous support I have felt, from all directions in many many ways.

In honour of this transition point, I wish you all a beautiful equinox,

Marie xo
